Cynthia has been a vital member of SERVPRO Team Allen for over 11 years, currently holding the position of Director of Operations. She expertly coordinates daily logistics to keep projects on schedule and within budget while leading her team with dedication. Her leadership is essential to our ongoing success and efficiency!

Ravendra Amit Persaud

Amit is the Director of Construction at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island, having previously served as Crew Chief and Lead Rebuilder. He joined Team Allen in 2017 and has since earned the essential NY State Mold Supervisor Certification. Additionally, he holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Odor Control (OCT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). With over 25 years of construction experience, Amit provides invaluable expertise for our build-back services. He actively participates in the United Madrassi Association (UMA) to support community improvement and volunteers at homeless shelters where he helps distribute meals. Residing in Queens, Amit is a cricket club member and enjoys biking, swimming, and spending time with his family.

Terri larkin

Terri is a key member of SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island. She enjoys serving as Team Allen’s Human Resource Administrator since March 2023. After a successful 30-year career in the mortgage industry, she made the leap to HR, bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the role. Terri is passionate about fostering a positive, supportive workplace and is dedicated to ensuring that all employees feel valued and cared for. Outside of work, she enjoys strolls along the Rockaway boardwalk in her New York neighborhood and takes great pride in her two adult children.

Angelica DeSimone

As the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island, Angelica plays a crucial role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her exceptional organizational skills help streamline our operations, allowing both our crews and office staff to work efficiently and effectively. By maintaining meticulous job files and coordinating vital information, she ensures that every project progresses seamlessly, which ultimately boosts productivity across the board.

Outside of her professional life, Angelica cherishes her time spent with her family in Brooklyn. Gerrianne Puntervold

Gerrianne is the Senior Business Development Executive at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island, NY, with 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. She specializes in helping clients recover from fire, water, and mold damage and excels in developing sales strategies, leading teams, and driving efficiency. Her expertise in marketing communications, social media, and public relations allows her to create innovative campaigns that generate leads. An active member of IFMA, NAWIC, and the Gotham Organization, Gerrianne is dedicated to providing swift solutions for commercial property owners to minimize downtime. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, museums, and the beach.Gerrianne excels in developing and implementing sales strategies, leading teams, growing market share, and driving cost efficiency. Her marketing expertise includes communications, social media, and public relations, allowing her to create innovative campaigns that generate leads and referrals. She is an active member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), and the Gotham Organization.

Anthony Colucci

Anthony Colucci has been a vital member of the SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island team since 2023, serving as the Accounts Receivable and Payable office worker. With a strong foundation in finance, he is QuickBooks certified, which allows him to manage the company's accounts efficiently and effectively. In addition to his accounting expertise, Anthony is a notary public, providing an extra layer of service to clients and colleagues alike.

Iona Smith-Cornwall

Iona joined SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island in 2024 as our job file coordinator. She has hands-on experience in the restoration industry as witness by being a city & state Asbestos Handler. Her training in OSHA 30, SST 10, hazardous water operations and emergency response (HAZWOPER) and confined spaces adds to her value with Team Allen. Iona lives in Brooklyn.

Kerri McGarry

having joined the team in 2024. With exceptional organizational skills and a positive attitude, she plays a crucial role in coordinating the office staff, sales team, and production crews, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Her multitasking abilities significantly contribute to the team's overall success.

Outside of work, Kerri is actively involved in her community through the Women's Auxiliary with the Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). Her commitment to service reflects her caring nature and dedication to helping others.

Living in Brooklyn, Kerri enjoys outdoor activities like fishing and participating in 5K walk/runs. These hobbies keep her active and connected to her community. With her vibrant personality and dedication to both her professional and personal interests, Kerri is an invaluable member of the SERVPRO family.

Cesar Chai

Cesar Chai is a skilled restoration expert and the Project Manager at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island, where he has made a significant impact since joining the team in 2021. With over six years of experience in the restoration industry, he has developed a strong expertise that clients rely on. Cesar holds the Water Damage Restoration (WRT) certification from the IICRC, as well as certifications as a Mold Remediation Technician (AMRT) and in Lead Abatement, equipping him to tackle a range of restoration challenges.

Eric Gorovitz

Eric has been a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island since 2020. With several years of experience in restoration and construction, he’s a valuable contributor to Team Allen. Eric is IICRC-certified in water damage restoration (WRT), applied microbial remediation (AMRT), and New York State Mold Abatement. He lives in East Flatbush, actively participates in food drives and pantry initiatives, and enjoys sports and outings with friends.

Landal Whitfield

Meet Landal, the Assistant Project Manager at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island and a proud Brooklynite since 2019. As a valued member of Team Allen, he brings a wealth of experience in the restoration industry, boasting OSHA and mold certifications. Landal excels in fire, water, and mold remediation, as well as trauma and crime scene cleanup. His background includes work as a construction laborer and several years assisting a carpenter, further enhancing his skill set. Known for his upbeat personality, Landal earns great respect from his colleagues. When he’s not at work, he enjoys quality time with his lovely young daughter or hitting the local shooting range with his brothers.

John Flanagan

Giuseppe Battipaglia

Giuseppe joined our construction team as a Reconstruction Technician at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island in 2023, bringing along more than 20 years of experience in construction and build-back projects. His expertise makes him an essential member of Team Allen, ensuring that every job is handled with care and precision. When he's not busy tackling projects, you can find Giuseppe exploring the city, taking in the vibrant atmosphere, or experimenting in the kitchen. Tom BluThomas Blundellndell

Tom joined Team Allen in March 2023 as the Asset Supervisor for SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Fire Restoration (FSRT), and he also has training in confined spaces. With several years of restoration experience, Tom proudly served in the Civil Engineer Squadron of the USAF. As an Air Force Veteran, he is dedicated to giving back through charity work with the Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). In his free time, Tom enjoys escaping his Brooklyn home to fish and relax at the beach.

Fernando Adarme Rodriguez

Fernando joined our team at Allen's SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island as a production technician in 2024. With several years of restoration experience, he brings invaluable expertise and holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) for both categories 100 and 200. Fernando is dedicated to assisting our clients and consistently goes the extra mile to meet their needs. A proud veteran, he served two years in the military and enjoys unwinding with PC gaming and taking leisurely walks in Union City, NJ.

Juan Carlos Nuñez

Juan is a dedicated production technician for Team Allen's SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island restoration franchise. With ECTP training in both Tech 100 and 200, he brings over eight years of experience in the restoration field. Since joining the team in 2023, Juan has demonstrated a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork, making him a valuable asset to the franchise. Prior to his role at SERVPRO, he honed his skills with three years of experience as a construction worker. Based in New York, Juan enjoys spending time with his family during the spring. His passions include playing baseball, fishing, and traveling to new places.

Diego has been a dedicated production technician at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island since 2023. Throughout his time with us, he has successfully completed our comprehensive in-house ECTP training, showcasing his commitment to mastering the skills necessary for providing top-notch service.
